- Training for new regions "Delivery of social services to vulnerable families with children."

- Regional Dissemination Seminars for Oblast Governments and Local Authorities. Dissemination meetings were conducted in five FCP pilot Oblasts. The programs of the seminars were tailored specifically to the needds and priorities of each region.
