FCP works in five localities in three oblasts of Ukraine:

Dnipropetrovska (Dnipropetrovsk city and Novomoskovsky rayon),

Donetska (Horlivka city),

Kyivska (Brovarskyi rayon),

Cherkaska (Uman city and Umansky rayon),

Odeska (Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi rayon).

Each oblast section contains detailed analysis of child welfare systems in the target localities, as well as lists of programs and services included in the local action plans to establish integrated systems of family-based care for orphans and children out family care. The local action plans were developed by the communities during the course of community family care workshops conducted by FCP.
